Group Discount

The Group Discount is available to organizations sending three or more staff to the OAVT 2024 Conference. Each staff member can receive a 10% discount on their conference pass. The Group Discount does not apply to:

  • Sponsor / Exhibitor Staff passes
  • Student Passes
  • Retired Member passes
  • Guest Passes
  • Add-on Packages

To receive the group discount, email the names of your group members to events@oavt.org. Within 3 business days, the OAVT will provide you with a discount code to use when registering your staff members. This offer cannot be combined with any additional offers. Failure to register a minimum of three staff will result in the discount being removed and the balance being owed prior to attending the conference. The Group Discount expires February 23, 2024.
