Group Discount is available to organizations sending three or more staff to the OAVT 2024 Conference. Each staff member will receive a 10% discount on their conference pass. The Group Discount does not apply to:

• Student Passes
• Retired Member passes
• Guest Passes
• Add-on Packages

All staff members must be registered prior to receiving their discount code. Participants of the Group Discount will be asked to register and select “Cheque/Pay Later” on the payment page. Once registration has been confirmed, participants will receive a discount code and instructions for submitting payment. This offer cannot be combined with any additional offers.

PAYMENTS

  • Passes are purchased online through the OAVT’s event registration page
  • If paying by cheque at the early bird rate, payment must be received by 5:00PM on Friday, January 12, 2024. If payment is received after 5:00PM on Friday, January 12, 2024 but before 5:00PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2024, the delegate will be responsible for the Regular rate. If payment is received after 5:00PM on Tuesday, February 26, 2024, the delegate will be responsible for the on-site registration rate.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• • A cancellation fee of $75 applies to all cancellations.
  • Cancellations can be processed online by the registrant until 5:00PM EST on Friday, February 9, 2024.
  • Cancellation Requests made after 5:00PM EST on Friday, February 9, 2024 will not be refunded
  • Registrations may be transferred to another attendee until 5:00PM EST on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
  Cancellation or Transfer Requests can be made in writing to events@oavt.org or through the event registration system
